Graduate School@UGA is opening its outgoing mobility grant campaign for internships abroad, scheduled for spring/summer 2025. This initiative aims to encourage students to enrich their academic journey with international experience while benefiting from financial support.
Who is Eligible?
This grant is available to students enrolled in M1 or M2 (or equivalent engineering level) participating in a thematic program at Graduate School@UGA. The main criteria are as follows:- Be enrolled in the program for a two-year duration.
- Complete an internship of at least 2 months abroad during the second semester, in connection with their academic curriculum.
- Not already benefit from an incoming mobility grant from GS@UGA or an Idex grant.
- Students may only apply for this grant once during their two years of study (M1 or M2).
Grant Amounts
- €2,000 for internships lasting between 2 and 4 months.
- €3,000 for internships lasting more than 4 months.

- Students should express their interest to their thematic program leader(s) and attach a concise motivation letter (max 1 page) summarizing the relevance and compatibility of the internship with their research project and program theme.
- If their project is accepted, students will receive a notification letter specifying the grant amount and the link to register on the MoveON mobility platform.
- The grant will be paid in one installment after the student’s arrival at the host institution, upon submission of proof.
