The European Seal of Approval "HR Excellence in Research" (HRS4R)

In April 2021, Université Grenoble Alpes obtained the "HR Excellence in research" label awarded by the European Commission to institutions that commit to the "Human resources strategy for researchers" (HRS4R) initiative. This label recognizes organizations that implement the 40 principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers in their human resources policy.

These two texts define the roles and responsibilities of researchers, professor-researchers and staff contributing to research activities, as well as recommendations for employers to improve working, training and recruitment conditions in order to make scientific careers and researcher mobility more attractive.
